Structural & Detailed Concrete
Detailed concrete scopes for mine-site and project environments, including transformer slabs, electrical kiosk footings, switch room pits, pedestals, plinths, bunds, service pits, equipment pads, hardstands, retaining structures and structural foundations.

Mine‑Site Maintenance & Project Support
Execution of civil works, structural repairs and operational support activities within operating mine-site areas, including armco railing, bollards, handrails, shutdown assistance, Brownfields upgrades and general site works.
Engineering & Civil Design Support
Practical engineering and design input for civil, concrete and site infrastructure scopes, covering design reviews, constructability assessments, minor works design, verification and as-built documentation.
Site Establishment & Facilities Setup
Establishment of project and operational work areas, including laydown construction, crib facilities, temporary services, fencing, access control and associated site setup requirements.
Plant & Equipment Hire
Wet or dry hire of plant and equipment to support construction, maintenance and operational activities. Available equipment includes skid steers, excavators, loaders, tip trucks, water carts, earthmoving equipment, EWPs and access equipment, with boom lifts, scissor lifts, telehandlers and site vehicles available to support site requirements.
Skilled Labour Hire
Professional and field personnel to support short-term and sustained project requirements, from project managers, project engineers and site supervisors through to operators, skilled trades, concreters, trades assistants and general site labour.

ProLogic’s directors bring extensive backgrounds in civil construction, concrete, engineering support and project management. They remain directly involved from tender through to close out, ensuring clear communication, technical oversight and consistent delivery standards across every scope.
Leadership
Fionn Moloney – Managing Director
A construction professional with more than 25 years’ experience, including 17 years in the Pilbara across supervision, project management and senior leadership roles. Fionn has delivered complex civil and concrete scopes up to $30 million and brings a strong focus on planning, stakeholder coordination and operational performance.
Rhys Stokman – Operations Director
A qualified carpenter and licensed builder with 20 years’ industry experience, including a decade in the Pilbara. Rhys has held supervisory, project management and operations leadership roles, managing multidisciplinary teams and delivering civil, concrete and structural works across major resource projects.
